Dual Credit Opportunities
Earning College Credit
Houston Christian High School is excited to announce its collaboration with Colorado Christian University through its CCU Academy, which provides select dual credit opportunities for students to earn college credit while still in high school.
Houston Christian High School is proud to offer this additional opportunity as a college preparatory school. This is an ongoing project, and as we move forward, we expect to add additional non-AP courses to our dual credit program.
Our highly qualified HC instructors teach these dual credit courses on our campus in cooperation with CCU, making it easier for students to transition from high school to college. By taking dual credit courses in high school, students can receive college credit at a reduced rate, which may lower the overall cost of a college education and the time needed to complete degree programs, as well as prepare them for the rigor of college coursework.
We are dedicated to helping our students prepare for a successful future, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to excel in college and beyond.
